Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as RTX )established in 2020, located in Huaihua City, RTX is a manufacture specialized in the research, development, production and sales of outdoor products, such as rattan sofa, chair,table and loungers etc. All are exported to the world.
Factory team have more than 20 years experience in this industry including research and development, improvement,optimization,costs down,quality control and customer service etc. Factory now employs more than 60 staffs, covers an area of 10000 square meters.There are 20 outsourcing factories in nearby provinces and cities in all around 500 people and more than 60 suppliers mainly located in Hunan, Zhejiang and Gangdong Provence.The output value of this year is around 6 million US dollars and plans to achieve an output value of US $15 million near three years,therefore,the scale of the factory will be expanded accordingly.
The main markets are EU, Latin America, Australia,Middle east. The main port of export is Changsha , Ningbo, Shenzhen, and in land port Huaihua. The factory supports product customization, incoming material processing, and 100% full inspection of all products, including incoming material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, and finished product inspection. 1. Are you a factory or a trading company? Do you have your own production line?
We are a factory with our own production line, purchasing materials for processing, and developing products for sale worldwide. Currently, our main markets are concentrated in European and American countries
2. What are your trade terms and payment terms?
Usually T/T 30% in advance, balance payment against B/L copy. EXW, FCA or FOB any port in China.We also accept orders under international letters of credit.
3.What is the sampling time, sample costs and can you accept free sampling?
Under normal conditions, for the first collaboration, we need to charge a sample fee,the sample fee is usually 1.5 times the quoted price, the customer bears the shipping cost of the samples(negotiable).If there is an order for mass production, the factory will refund the sample fee to the customers.The sample time depending on the quantity and size of the samples,usually 7-15 days.For the future collaboration,After first collaboration, the factory doesn't charge sampling fees and can assist customers in developing samples together.
4. What is the maximum annual production capacity of the factory?How many containers can be shipped in a month during peak season?
The annual output value is approximately 8 to 10 million US dollars per year.30-40 40 foot high containers exported per month.The usual sample development time is from March to July each year, and the production time is from August to April.
5. What is the delivery time for mass production? Do you accept mix loading many items into one container?
Usually, 1 x 40'HQ: 35-45 days// 2 x 40'HQ:45-60 days// 5 x 40'HQ 70-90 days. 5 items mixed in 1 x 40' HQ acceptable.
